Residence halls
Room for the whole group
140 beds across three halls, for retreats and wedding guests. With Sherbrooke House and the Executive Suite, the island sleeps up to 156.
Magee Hall
Up to 50Historic two-story brick on the main campus. Shared and private bathrooms on each floor and a large private lounge.
Saltonstall Hall

Sakowich Hall
50 bedsModern hall with views of Massachusetts Bay. Two-person rooms with shared bathrooms; the lounge doubles as a meeting room.
Rates
Per room, per night
2027 rates, subject to additional taxes and fees. Sherbrooke House and the Executive Suite can also be booked for day use (8:30 AM–10 PM) to get ready. The $600 house and suite rates are for weddings; retreat groups get a separate quote. Retreat packages include dormitory rooms, with the Executive Suite as an upgrade.
Your sales manager holds the rooms with your event. Wedding guests book their own room through our booking page.
Day guests leave on the last boat; overnight guests have breakfast in the Dining Hall and ride back late morning (11 AM in our sample wedding day). How getting here works
